Seems okay: It appears to be a whey-protein supplement with creatine, and thus safe. I'm glad you're pursuing a fitness goal like this, and that you are doing this rather than using anabolic steroids. My friends who lift often use a protein powder and/or creatine with good results; everyone i know who's tried steroids has been sorry.
