Yes: Weight is an issue in the USA where 35% are way over weight. Exercise is noted for helping lose weght here. The type of food you eat is most important when considering weight. Of course fewer calories means less weight, but sugars and starches can really get you to pack on wieght, but it is fat and not muscle.
