Is it fungal?: Anti fungal cream may not be helping if the rash isn't fungal! Did your doctor do a skin scraping? There is an in office test using a microscope to check if your rash is fungal or not. The other thing is, it takes a while for the skin pigment to "match" the surrounding skin even after the fungus has been eradicated so you may need to give your skin more time to return to normal.
