Corneal abrasion: It sounds like you have either a chemical or physical burn or abrasion on the surface of your eye. The cornea has a covering that is only a few cell-layers thick, & even a tear in this thin membrane can cause terrible pain & light-sensitivity. Take plenty of tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil, use artificial tears. You may need to see your fp or eye doc for antibiotic drops after a Fluorescein exam under bluelight.

Uveitis : Sounds like you have uveitis. Hallmark is sensitivity to light(photophobia). Uveitis is inflammation of the inside of the eye. Italy keep getting worse. You need exam to determine and direct treatment.
