When i stretch my eyes too fast/quickly towards left side. i see a black spot. is it normal?

Usually this complaint is about a flashing light appearing with rapid eye movement (Moore's phenomenon). A black spot may simply be a floater. I would avoid these sudden eye movements (and avoid "testing" yourself by repeating them). If it worsens in duration, intensity or frequency, see your ophthalmologist for a dilated retinal exam.
