I have been excreting excessive sleep out my eyes. only towards the end of the day. i work a lot outside in the wind. what do you recommend?

Combat dryness: You are likely getting evaporation f the tear film which normally protects the eyes. Try blinking more frequently and using an over the counter preservative free wetting drop twice a day. Another approach is to were some protective glasses outside.
