A member asked:

I have liver enzymes increasing for the past 3 years. alt 57 ast 43. i don't drink alcohol, eat paleo, don't take medication.should i see a specialist?

Maybe: You'll want to rule out hepatitis B and C, Wilson's (unlikely with these low levels at your age but not to be missed), early hemochromatosis, and autoimmune hepatitis. Non-alcoholic fatty liver is mostly hereditary and should be sought as well. Stay proactive.
