Sorry, no cure to MS: There is no CURE to MS and the CURE to vertigo depends on the cause. If the MS is responsible for causing vertigo (often the case) then, trying to control the MS is the best way to go. If that doesn't work then, antivertigo medications may work but again, need to know what's causing the problem. MS has many options for drug treatment but NONE ARE CURES. See your neurologist for details.

Control measures: We do not yet have a CURE but do possess multiple medications to control the ravages of potential MS. My favorites include Gilenya, Tysabri, (natalizumab) but many of my patients also take Copaxone and Aubagio. Treatment of MS is complex, and you need to closely work with a neurologist who you trust.
