Zofran, steroids, PT: if all peripheral causes of vertigo have been ruled out (ex: bppv) along with vestibular migraine, ask your neurologist to prescribe you zofran and if that does not help a short course of corticosteroids may help. consider physical therapy. during vertigo dim the light, avoid reading and sudden movements, prioritize rest and relaxation.
