Can be related: MS (multiple sclerosis) can be associated with vertigo and rarely hearing loss. The most appropriate specialist to answer these questions would be a neurologist. The vertigo could be inner ear but with MS, it could be central, involving the vestibular nuclei of the brain stem.

Occasional symptom: Vertigo can occur with MS, and is often associated with lesions in the cerebellum and/or brainstem, but could be due to co-morbidities such as inner ear problems or Meniere's disease. Unusual for MS to present with isolated vertigo, and other cause to be considered.
