Unusual combination: MS usually presents with transient motor weakness or visual field disturbances. It is not typically a memory affecting condition. That said, something abnormal is happening to you that requires detailed investigation. Go and see your doctor, there might be a more simple and more benign explanation then jumping right to MS.

Get checked: These are possible symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Consult a neurologist who's experienced in MS to spell out the timeline & evolution of symptoms. It would be helpful if you write down when each symptom started and how it has changed over time. Good luck!

Nonspecific: Your problems could represent many disorders, and you need a full evaluation by your primary doctor to assess all of this. Alcohol and drug abuse might be a cause, but some medications cause these kinds of reactions, and many diabetics present with some or all of these issues. MS is a specific diagnosis based upon neurological abnormalities and a specific MRI pattern. Make appt.
