Not recommended: You may loose weight while increasing your body fat. Regular exercise, a diet emphasizing green vegetables, fruit, whole grains and some lean protein and healthy fats from nuts, olive or coconut oil etc while help maintain a healthy diet. Eliminate processed foods and corn syrup as much as possible. A sedentary lifestyle is not healthy and does not support longterm weight loss.
