I swallowd part of toothpick yesterday, went to the toilet normally today, but a sudden cough started! could it be stuck in lung or heart?

Possibly lung: Most likely went down esophagus and will pass normally. But if indeed having cough or pain, need to get further evaluation. Will not affect the heart, but possibly the lung. Start with CXR. Might need bronchoscopy but depends on evaluation and symptoms.
