If you are new to exercise, this may happen until you are in better exercise shape. However, if this is not the case, you should see your doctor for a full evaluation. If the chest pain does not resolve with rest or you are having labored breathing, please immediately get medical care.

Asthma is suggested by your symptoms as a reactive airway type of disorder will typically behave in this manner among other conditions, such as arrhythmias. Seeing your doc for an exam and detailed history would be best.

Reduce the intensity of exercise to less than 80% of the effort you are exerting now. As your stamina and muscle strength improves you may increase the intensity of exercise. It is good that you exercise. Drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
