Rule out nerve pain: If it's not cardiac related and you didn't have a recent trauma it is probably not a malignancy I wouldn't worry about tumor with this presentation I am concerned that you have an impingement of a nerve or the major nerve network (brachioplexus ) which is a network of nerves into the arm shoulder another possibility is that you have a pinched nerve or vertebral problem in your neck
