Increase strength: Many professional athletes take meds to improve strength etc. only to be found out and suspended, Don't follow that path. 1: Please set up an appointment with an athletic trainer. 2: Please see a dietitian. That combination, if used properly, will take you where you want to be. May take a few months but you will still have many years ahead of you. "Go Man U"
