I (male, 28) have a persistently low creatine kinase level most recently 25 (range 31-290). my ana, sed rate and crp are normal. should i investigate further? i have seen low ck is correlated with connective tissue diseases. i have normal muscle mass

No: Low creatine kinase never means anything unless you are severely sick, and then it correlates only with what's obvious clinically. Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies are arbitrarily outside.
