Yes: It will, but not without any work on your end. Creatine can help facilitate greater muscle building but only when the two most important aspects of muscle building are also present: workouts that stress the muscles, and protein consumption.
Aim for higher weight and lower reps on bigger muscle groups (deadlifts, squats, bench press. Consume 30-50 grams of protein split before and after workout.
