Hi, I've had clogged ears following an upper respiratory infection in mid-October and a stuck, dry upper respiratory cough. I don't feel the need to cough anymore, but it's still there. I've been taking mucinex and flonase. Is there something else?
Asthma kid/ sinus infection. Taking Augmentin (2 x 8ml) prednisolone (2 x 7ml - 14 days) , Flovent 4 puffs (44mcg) x 1 time. Can I add drops flonase and 4 puffs of flovent at night? nose started congested/cough better but not totally after 2 days?
How long before post nasal drip is considered sinus infection? Was not sick prior to. Started suddenly. Very thick cannot cough out. I literally have to use my fingers to remove it from my throat. Tried Claritin, saline, Flonase. Been 10 days now?
My 15yo son took Augmentin for 10 days for a sinus and double ear infection.. just finished 10 day course and he is coughing with nasal and ear congestion again. No fever.. what should we do. He has a script for Flonase, says it doesn't help. Suggestion
I currently have some kind of outer ear infection. All my jaw and my ear bones are very painful. Also inflamated ear canal. I took ibuprohene but not helpful. Was wondering if 1mg dilaudid for pain and cyprofloxacin or corticosteroid drop would help?
