Yes and No: no significant interactions. Cephalexin is not the best UTI drug anyways. However, antibiotics are prescribed for previous infectious condition. I don't generally recommend taking old prescription drug for a new condition. But yes they can be taken together unless you are taking other medication that may interact with cipro (ciprofloxacin) (like warfarin) or heart problem like QTc prolongation.
