Go to obgyn: You need urine cultures taken, UTI can be caused by many organisms resistent to Cipro (ciprofloxacin) and keflex.

Chronic uti: Multiple recurrence needs further work up to see if there is an obstruction issue. You need to possibly see a urologist.
