Currently i have paronychia and a uti.. i am on cipro (ciprofloxacin) for the uti, will that also treat the partonychia? can i also have cephalexin at the same time?

Paronychia: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) would help but often paroynchias need a slight incision to drain the small amount of pus present under the base of the nail.
