Check with surgeon: check with the surgeon, there is the final answer open hernia repair three weeks ago. a week later the sperm count was OK. now the sperm count is low??? my first question is why you are checking your sperm count a week after a surgery?? the second is if your sperm count was OK a week after surgery why you are checking it again? check with your surgeon.
