I think any : Excercise is a great start. I would also watch what gets put into your mouth. The good think about the bike is if you are very heavy it doesn't put that mu ch stress on your knees. I would advise you to visit your doc for a good physical prior to any new onset workout. Meaning if you werent working out before..let them know...to make sure you can handle....
