How do i know if its my bad anxiety or something else. i find it hard to breath walking. i tend to also hold my breath, and breath from upper chest. yet i can do recumbent bike fine for 25 minutes.

Anxiety disorder: If you feel you may have an anxiety disorder (and this can assume many forms) it would be very helpful for you to see a clinical psychologist and discuss the issues that bring on these episodes. It may turn out to helpful in many ways in understanding yourself and your behaviors, but you must be thoughtful, attentive and open-minded.

Belly breathing!: Relaxing breathing is with the belly - breath in/belly out - breath out/belly in; like you do when on the bike. Breathing with the chest causes poor oxygenation and can lead to hi anxiety and panics.
