No Ca of leg: Throbbing pain in leg not associated with cancer. latter arises in muscle as fibrous malignancy with well defined mass, smooth muscle tumor of femoral vein origin or nodal disease from metastasis to groin. In neither of the cases is there any pain. the latter more likely to be related to DVT but some swelling should be seen and iron pigmentation of lower leg skin.seen Need vascular work up.
