After many trips to the er for chest pain n heart n tests were fine they finally diagnosed me with costochondritis. how do i cope? cant take nsaids

See a doctor: costochondritis could be painful. you can take long acting non narcotics medication, like celebrex (celecoxib). you can see a pain management physician, that can perform a rib block, that will make the pain disappear for a while you can change you bra to a soft one and avoid the one with hard metal to it. stay with your doctor and follow their advice.
