Possible: It is possible but very unlikely to be cardiac pain in an otherwise healthy 27 year old. Having said that, pain should be evaluated by your doctor.

40yr fem, had normal stress test, cta chest, EKG, echo norm but dop sugg impair lv relax. Doctor says heart is fine. Holter shows pvc's and pac's isolated. But despite a norm diagnosis my heart flip flops a lot.
