I have chest pain center and center left, mild fatigue, occasional rapid heat rate 90-120 bpm, with no other symptoms, i've had multiple heart tests ran from 2000 to 2020, and all have been good. perhaps anxiety, or costochondritis?

Probably anxiety and fatigue. Costochondritis would cause discomfort by pressing on your sternum and to the side near the rib attachment.

Test fatigue. Please seek the opinion of an experienced cardiologist willing to get a detailed history, review your prior tests , and discuss his impression in detail. Would not recommend further testing for the same symptoms.
