Paradoxical: I've heard that as the cells in your bronchial tubes and lungs begin their repair process it can cause such effects. You are urged to bear up and use symptom relief as possible - if you're not sure it is not a flu or other condition see your doctor to verify. They'll be pleased w/ you for quitting and the warm admiration may feel good. Mucinex (guaifenesin) can help - drink lots of water!
