Seasonal flu: Seasonal flu is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g. Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP for reevaluation. Congratulations on quitting smoking!

Non-tobacco cause: Great job quitting smoking - 2 months is a long time and should get easier every day to stay that way! Not sure what 'congestion' is, could be a run of the mill viral syndrome or perhaps you're more active now, being a non-smoker? Exercise tolerance will increase over time so get sleep and eat healthy. If symptoms don't resolve, get a professional evaluation. Any shortness of breath, see a doc now
