Surgery & other tips: There are no fast and easy ways to lose weight. It is a very difficult process. Even harder than losing weight is to maintaining weight loss. There are surgical options, such as lap band or gastric bypass, which can be very helpful to get the weight off but still requires a lot of work and consistency.
