Dehydration?: There are many causes of muscle cramps. The most common one is dehydration from not drinking enough water or drinking too much caffeine or sweet drinks. The next most common cause is a vitamin or mineral deficiency. Drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin/multimineral supplement daily. Gentle stretching or yoga done regularly helps also.
