Normal: Both of those findings are most consistent with normal variants. Your ovaries produce multiple follicular cysts each month as part of your normal menstrual cycle. It is also normal to have some fluid in the endometrial canal and it is often seen during the phase of the menstrual cycle when cysts are also seen.
