Ovarian cyst: Appears to be 1.9 cm right ovarian cyst with fluid in the pelvis. Follow up with your doctor /gyn.

Benign: The adnexa includes the fallopian tube and ovary. A clear, simple, round fluid collection in either of these measuring 19 mm is a benign cyst and shouldn't cause concern. Also, a little fluid in the pelvis is normal.
