A member asked:

What length of time should an eoe patient be on flovent inhaler? i have used it for 3 years, once a day. cost has doubled.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

EOE: Assuming you are talking about eosinophilic esophagitis… If you are doing well, you could discuss with your doctor stopping the medication and seeing if symptoms recur or reducing your use to every other day or even considering a different inhaler like flovent, such as qvar which may be cheaper but in the same class of medications.
