Beclo is OK: Flovent and beclomethosone are both steroids found in inhalers for long term control of asmtha. They belong to the same class, and most people feel there are no significant differences between them. You can use either one, so i would go with the cheaper generic beclo over flovent.

No: They are both inhaled steroids. Pretty much interchangeable except that Flovent may be a little more long-acting. Flovent also comes in an inhaler form, just get whatever is cheapest for you.

Not really: Beclomethasone (bdp) has an active metabolite that sticks around in the blood stream for 15 hours. Flovent does not. There are some studies that suggest that long-term treatment with bdp may have some more side effects. Check if Flovent mdi (regular inhaler) is cheaper for y ou. For practical purposes, bdp is a reaqsonable choice. All topic tags are brand names for bdp.
