Hair loss : Hair loss should be the the what happens to be during pregnancy book that should be written. It is common. It is due to hormonal changes. It will get better. Try conservative hair styles with out a lot of twists and ties. Use good scalp care. Breast feed and avoid medications. Gather up the hair and store it for a time when you have a mother daughter talk about sacrifice and love.

Hair loss: It is not uncommon to loss hair after a pregnancy. Many times it will grow back but could take up to 6 months. Biotin is safe and mat help the re-growth process. 1200mcg/day is recommended.
