I'm breastfeeding. can i take corenza-c and/or efferflu for a head cold? my 4 month old daughter has a cold too and she's on allergex and prospan. should i rather take some of her allergex?

Probably ok: Since breast milk at best contains traces of these drugs, you will likely be ok. However if nasal congestion is your concern, a nasal decongestant spray used for up to 5 days may work better and you won't have to worry over its presence in breast milk.
