Weight gain: There are a couple of ways that you could gain weight. One way would be by increasing your calories- still eating healthy foods, though (Don't start with a lot of junk food!). Another way would be by increasing your muscle mass- through exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat tissue, so you can increase your muscles by doing strength training- lifting weights, pushups, situps, etc.
