Chest wall pain: Without the ability to question and examine you it's difficult to give you accurate advice, but in the absence of significant pain on breathing or shortness of breath your symptoms suggest pain originating in the chest wall and not the lung proper. Muscle strain from exercise could give pain on bending or twisting and is usually treated with ibuprofen or OTC naproxen. See a Dr if not improving.
