Right sided pain: Right sided abdominal pain can be a serious problem and should not be ignored. Possibilities include, appendicitis, gall bladder disease, kidney stones or ovarian disease. Associated symptoms include, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc. See a physician. They will want to examine you and perhaps order tests such as abdominal X-ray, ultrasound or CT scan. Good luck.
