See your PCP: Even though blood work is perfect, that doesn't mean there isn't an explanation for how you're feeling. Sometimes depression can feel like overwhelming fatigue, but this could also be due to a hormone imbalance (like thyroid), anemia (low blood count), or even fibromyalgia. You should be fully evaluated by your PCP which may include more blood work and a physical exam.
