Sacroiliac Joint: 40's male w. chronic pain radiating lower back through hip to groin describes pain pattern compatible w. sacroiliac joint disorder. Other explanations possible & medical evaluation is indicated. Most doctors are ignorant about methods of examination & diagnosis of this disorder. Start with an Osteopath who practices his school. Avoid Chiropractors, who are not legally allowed to diagnose.
