I have some scrotal vibration. no pain, scrotal ultrasound shows hydrocele w no other findings, have bulged lumbar discs, vibration feels like rumble deep in scrotum. happens a few seconds at a time. should i be worried?

Vibrations: Your ultrasound shows only a hydrocele which is not a serious problem. The vibration sensation may or may not be related, but I think a mild irritability of nerve or other tissue within the scrotal sac is a more likely cause. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
