For 9+ months now my testicles have not felt normal in my scrotum. when i'm standing, my testicles will rise very high, but when i lean over forward, they will drop back down into place. 1 month before this started i began to have lower back pain?

Prob normal see doc: The testicles are suspended from & tethered to the abdomen. They drop when you lean forward. Healthy testicles require a temperature a few degrees below body temp. Muscles retract the testicles to keep them warm and drop them to gain more air circulation to cool them. Still, without a history and exam we cant be sure of what you are describing or if the back pain is related so see a doctor soon.
