Pain in arm: It sounds like you may have tendinitis of the right bicep. Press over the tendon. If it hurts that will be the diagnosis. If the pain worsens or changes you need to see your doctor for Xrays and evaluation. You can apply heat to the area and try ibuprofen but do not take ibuprofen for a long time and be careful because it can cause gastritis and kidney problems.
