L shoulder : Without a history of trauma to your shoulder and with the associated nausea, and pain radiating down your arm this could be a sign of chest pain and could indicate there is something serious going on other than pain in the shoulder. Go to the ER immediately and get checked out. If you are not allergic to aspirin it would be a good idea to take a 325 mg tab on route to ER.
