My arm is very sore after giving blood for the first time, I know it's normal, but I don't know what to do for the pain; it is in my Bicep, not vein. ?
Recently diagnosed with a superficial blood clot near my bicep in my basilic vien. This morning noticed a superficial hard lump mid forearm, with the vien going towards hand being tender. Could this be the same clot or new one?
