Last wk i was taking aspirin 325mg cause the right side of my neck hurt and my right arm, took it for 4 nights to help me sleep, the last night i was dizzy all night,i stopped it and 2 nights i wasnt dizzy at all,its been healing so did aspirin cause?

Aspirin may help with sleep by relieving pain, but otherwise generally has no effect on sleep. It is not a likely cause of dizziness.
